Assistant Manager Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Restaurant Bar setting and possess interacting with people and math skills. If you have a passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve drinks in accordance with company standards
• Handle cash transactions and operate cash registers with precision
• Utilize POS system efficiently for order processing
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to health and safety and bar regulations
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service of drinks

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years experience 21 years or older Dependability-job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Basic math and computer skills Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Team player is MUST Strong task and time management abilities Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques Maintaining composure, keeping emotions in check, controlling anger, and avoiding aggressive behavior, even in difficult situations. Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30-50 lbs for extended periods
