Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote sales. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities. Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and responsible alcohol service, especially in nightclub or banquet settings. Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service or catering events, ensuring seamless coordination during busy periods. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and calculating bills or tips accurately. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a lively hospitality setting.
