Our bar is a central part of the experience — a place where guests unwind, celebrate, and enjoy great drinks alongside our food menu. We're looking for a skilled, personable bartender to help elevate that experience. About the Role As a Bartender at The Grove, you'll craft cocktails, serve beer and wine, and provide excellent bar-side service to both bar guests and dining room drink orders. Beyond mixing drinks, you'll play a key role in driving revenue — through suggestive selling, promoting specials, and creating an inviting bar atmosphere. Availability across the full weekly schedule is a must. What We're Looking For

• Consistent availability across all weekday and weekend lunch and dinner shifts
• Outgoing personality with a natural ability to connect with guests and upsell drinks and menu items
• Ability to confidently recommend cocktails, wines, and food pairings
• Calm and efficient under pressure during high-volume service
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine — and a willingness to keep learning
• TIPS/ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Prior bartending experience preferred Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and speed
• Engage bar guests with conversation and attentive service
• Suggest cocktail specials, upsell premium spirits, and promote food pairings
• Take and accurately enter drink orders for the dining room
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar at all times
• Verify guest IDs and follow responsible alcohol service practices
