Duties Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems. Prepare and serve drinks efficiently in both nightclub and bar settings, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Manage multiple tables or bar stations with excellent time management to deliver prompt service during busy hours. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures, while maintaining accountability. Maintain food safety and food handling standards by adhering to health regulations and proper sanitation practices. Assist with catering events, banquets, or special functions by serving food and beverages professionally. Engage with guests to promote sales of menu items and upsell specials to enhance their experience. Requirements Proven restaurant or food service experience, preferably in fine dining, casual dining or banquet environments. Familiarity with POS systems. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in a lively atmosphere. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting.
