About the Role As a Bartender at Genki Wagyu Shabu House, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment. You will create and serve a variety of cocktails, sake, wine, and other beverages while providing customer recommendations that enhance their overall dining experience. We're looking for an energetic team player with a minimum of 1-year bartending experience in a restaurant, lounge, or high-volume service environment. Key Responsibilities Craft cocktails, sake, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with attention to detail Guide beverage selections and create new cocktails that complement our menu profiles Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitation-compliant bar station Monitor inventory levels, track stock, and communicate supply needs to management Process drink orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless coordination between the bar and dining floor Compensation & Benefits Flexible Schedule.
