Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic Server/ Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Engage with customers, providing excellent service while upselling menu items and drink specials. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service practices are adhered to. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service. Maintain inventory levels of bar supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation practices. Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems; experience with Aloha POS is a plus. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must be of legal drinking age in accordance with local laws and regulations.
