Bartender/Server

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age
• Clean and sanitize bar area, including utensils and glassware
• Maintain a well-stocked bar with supplies and ingredients
• Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests ```Experience```
• Previous experience as a bartender or in the hospitality industry preferred
• Knowledge of math and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Familiarity with Betond POS system or similar point-of-sale software is a plus
• Understanding of food handling and safety regulations
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales skills to upsell drinks and promote specials
