Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Your ability to engage with guests, manage orders efficiently, and maintain a positive atmosphere will contribute to the overall success of our establishment. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly while providing menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring that all items meet quality standards before reaching the guest. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Process payments accurately, handling cash and credit transactions with attention to detail. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment for all patrons. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction. Skills Proficient in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Strong mathematical skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Excellent guest relations skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for diners. Sales skills to effectively promote menu items and enhance guest experiences. Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred but not required. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Ability to provide outstanding guest services that exceed expectations.
