HELLS CANYON GRAND
HOTEL, Ascend Hotel Collection, is seeking exceptional, professional, and courteous Full Service Bartender/Server to be responsible for making and creating cocktails & beverages while providing excellent customer service in our full service restaurant Meriwether's Bistro and full service family friendly sports pub MJ Barleyhopper's Brewhouse! To succeed in this role, candidates need to have a positive attitude and the ability to work well with others ; including servers, bartenders, bussers, cooks, and other staff. Previous work experience involving customer service in a fast-paced environment is greatly desired, but on the job training available! Bartender/Server Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring a positive dining experience. Prepare and serve beverages and food items in a timely manner, adhering to food safety standards. Operate Toast POS system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas. Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth service during busy periods. Assist with banquet and catering events as needed, showcasing fine dining experience. Bartender/Server Qualifications Proven experience in bartending and serving within a casual or fine dining environment Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Proficient in using Toast POS systems Knowledge of food safety and handling practices Excellent time management and sales abilities Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions Starting Pay Depends on Experience - Formal Tip Pools paid each 5th and 20th!
