Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a versatile and energetic professional dedicated to delivering exceptional service in a lively environment. All positions are paid, ensuring you are recognized for your valuable contributions. Responsibilities Prepare and serve beverages with precision, utilizing POS systems such as Aloha POS to ensure accurate orders and billing Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage reservations, and seat guests efficiently as a hostess or host Take food and drink orders accurately, recommend menu items, and deliver excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction Handle cash transactions confidently through POS systems, ensuring proper cash handling and cashiering procedures Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling, food safety protocols, and sanitation practices Support banquet events, catering functions, or nightclub settings by coordinating service flow and ensuring timely delivery of orders Assist with food presentation, serving dishes at the table or bar area while managing time effectively during busy shifts Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS is advantageous Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during peak hours Experience in serving alcohol responsibly within a licensed environment; knowledge of brewing or beverage crafting is a plus Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling techniques to ensure guest safety and compliance Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle challenging situations professionally Join us to be part of an energetic team that thrives on delivering memorable experiences!
