Server/Bartender

Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Provide information to guests concerning menu and drink options Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast and ensuring timely delivery Develop, prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to recipes and safety standards Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately while processing payments efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with catering events or banquets by serving food and beverages promptly and professionally Upsell menu items to boost sales while providing detailed descriptions to enhance guest satisfaction Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is essential; fine dining or banquet experience is highly preferred Familiarity with Toast is advantageous Demonstrated ability in customer service roles within the food industry or hospitality sector Experience working in a bar or catering environment is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and billing accuracy Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
