Job Description

We are seeking Bartender team members who have a passion for hospitality, enjoy the service industry and love food and beverage. Pepper's Landing is a fun and exciting restaurant located in Old Town, Maine. We source many of our ingredients from local purveyors and use only the highest quality available. Our ideal candidates will have previous experience, possess a fun and personable attitude, want a flexible schedule, are punctual and have reliable transportation. The Bartender positions must be able to provide service to the guests to the set specifications and standards while maintaining composure, poise and hygienic practices. The Bartender also arranges, prepares and break downs their stations. Responsibilities Prepare cocktails, beer, and wine accurately and efficiently Provide direct guest service at the bar Support dining room ticket flow Maintain bar cleanliness, prep, and organization Qualifications Prior bartending experience required Strong multitasking ability Knowledge of cocktails, wine, and spirits required Nights, weekends, and holidays required What We're Looking For Fast and accurate Calm under pressure Strong hospitality instincts
Detail-oriented Pay:
$15.10 - $50.00 per hour
