Bartender Role:

Lenora bartenders are responsible for creating a welcoming and hospitable environment for all guests. They will demonstrate superior knowledge on all menu items and be capable of making appropriate recommendations to satisfy guest needs. Lenora Bartenders will actively participate in a team-work centered dynamic with their co-workers and management to ensure a successful service each shift.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain positive attitude and professionalism while on company property Ensure food and drink items are served in accordance with health and safety regulations as well as accommodating towards guest allergies Memorization of in-house menus as well as general knowledge on all products served behind the bar Ensures that all parties consuming alcohol are of legal drinking age with valid identification Uses proper judgement and refuses service when necessary Maintains the bar (and all bar related areas) to keep them clean and organized Participates in daily and weekly cleaning projects Follows guidance and suggestions from management in a professional manner Takes on additional responsibilities as requested

Required Experience and Qualifications:

1-2 years in a fast-paced bartending or serving role strongly preferred Positive attitude and professionalism required Skilled at maintaining effective communication with staff, peers, and upper management Compensation +
