Duties Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and serve food and drinks promptly using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations. Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently with excellent time management skills to ensure timely service during busy hours. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties, while maintaining proper records for sales and tips. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including food handling stations, bar counters, and dining spaces in compliance with health standards. Assist with catering, banquet service, or nightclub events as needed, providing top-tier customer service in diverse settings. Engage with customers proactively to promote specials or upsell menu items, boosting sales while ensuring guest satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; retail math skills are a plus for handling transactions accurately. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety. Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory management; experience with hospitality or brewing industries is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events like banquets or catering functions.
