Server/Bartender Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server/Bartender to join our team at Hopside Brewery in Alpena. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. We offer employee discounts, paid vacation, and flexible hours.Responsibilities:
- Greeting and seating customers
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS ordering system
- Make menu items recommendations
- Communicate and understand food allergies or special nutritional needs
- Ensure accuracy of customer orders
- Make drinks and pour beer correctly
- Deliver food and beverages to customers
- Handle payments
- Performing cleaning duties
