Responsibilities Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications and company standards. Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously to guests during events. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as a bartender, following all safety and legal guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and banquet areas throughout events. Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service. Assist with breakdown and cleanup after events. Collaborate with team members and event coordinators to ensure smooth event execution. Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally and promptly. Qualifications Previous experience as a banquet server and/or bartender preferred. Knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or equipment as needed. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in the state of Michigan. Responsible Alcohol Service certification is a plus. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
