- We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. As a Bartender, you will interact with customers, take orders, and create memorable experiences through your mixology skills.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer requests
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for measuring ingredients and handling transactions
- Strong sales skills to upsell drinks and promote specials
- Excellent customer service abilities to ensure customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with retail math for pricing and calculating bills
- Experience in catering or restaurant settings is a plus
- Understanding of the food industry and different types of beverages served
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
