Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, following established recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and billing with accuracy Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies Restock bar supplies as needed during shifts to ensure smooth operations Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours at nightclubs, banquets, or restaurant settings Skills Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments is highly desirable Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient sales processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and food industry transactions Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Familiarity with beverage preparation techniques including brewing, mixing cocktails, and serving alcohol responsibly Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced hospitality environment Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service while honing your skills in a dynamic setting.
