Job Description

The environment is filled with colorful lighting, slot machines, customers coming to have a good time, restaurants, bars and more! As a Casino Bartender you would be responsible for providing fast, friendly and courteous service to customers. Helping ensure they have a good time while visiting the Casino. We encourage pep in your step and a happy disposition. People come to the Casino to have a good time - play games, visit with each other and have a drink or two and we want to ensure they have a fun experience. Bartenders will take orders with a cheerful voice, prepare/pour drinks and serve the beverage. Strong customer service skills are essential. Bartender starting pay of $11.61/hr + tips (You will be guaranteed a minimum rate of at least $15/hr - VERY

). Position is part-time, and our part-time is up to 37/hrs a week.GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma, GED or High School Certificate of Completion preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Must communicate in a clear and concise manner and follow instructions.
- Must have excellent customer/employee relation skills.
- Must be able to deal with the general public and fellow employees with tact, courtesy, respect, objectivity and maturity.
- Must possess the ability to present change correctly and have knowledge of guest charge procedures.
- Must be willing and able to obtain additional education and training as needed.
BARTENDER, ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
: Qualifications above +- One (1) year of prior work experience with using the following bar equipment/supplies is preferred: Point of Sale System (POS), juice/soda guns, mixers, pourers, knives, coffee machines, non-alcoholic frozen drink machines and other bar related equipment.
- Must be TAMS Certified or obtain within 90 days of hire.
