Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote sales Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations Manage cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate needs for ordering to ensure smooth operations Follow all food safety protocols related to food handling, serving, and alcohol service Collaborate with team members across food service, catering, or banquet functions to deliver seamless guest experiences Skills Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings with strong customer service skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders quickly during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and drink mixing measurements Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Experience with serving alcohol responsibly while adhering to legal regulations and responsible beverage service practices Join us if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres where guests feel welcomed and valued!
