Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic Bar Manager/Bartender. This role combines customer service, ordering, stocking, cleaning and managing inventory. The club is open Wednesday through Friday 4-9pm and for special events. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic options. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems ; process payments efficiently while maintaining accountability. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the bar area. Qualifications Experience in bartending/managing is a plus, but not required. Will train the right person. Knowledge of POS systems; cash handling preferred. Demonstrated skills in food preparation. Familiarity with inventory control is helpful.
