Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat business. Manage multiple orders efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, accurately processing cash and card transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep the menu fresh and exciting. Monitor inventory levels of spirits, beer, wine, mixers, and garnishes; place orders as needed to ensure stock availability. Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours or special events like banquets or nightclubs. Experience Proven experience as a bartender in fast-paced environments such as fine dining restaurants, nightclubs, or catering events. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipes, wine varieties, craft beers, and spirits. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks seamlessly. Demonstrated ability to handle cash handling accurately and perform basic math for billing purposes. Experience in food handling and safety procedures within the food service or hospitality industry. Prior bartending or bar management experience preferred; knowledge of beverage recipe development is a plus.
