Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Server/Bartender, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. Your expertise in food handling, POS systems, and customer service will drive the lively atmosphere of our establishment. Responsibilities Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient service. Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Serve food items promptly while providing attentive customer service to enhance guest satisfaction. Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering and processing payments securely. Maintain food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling and sanitation procedures throughout your shift. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, offering recommendations and ensuring their needs are met promptly. Assist with banquet or catering events when needed, supporting large groups with professionalism and efficiency. Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming environment. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques to ensure guest safety. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math understanding for sales transactions, and accurate billing.
