Bartender

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Seasonal Bartender to deliver an exceptional guest drinking experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and skilled in crafting both classic and innovative beverages that exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Plan and present bar menu Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Skills Proven working experience as a bartender Must have a valid bartender certification Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean Must be able to work a flexible schedule and be on-call for some shifts Benefits of Working with Heart of the House include: Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) 401(k) plan with company match Health, dental and vision insurance
