Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative High-End Floral Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a refined eye for design, exceptional technical skills, and the ability to translate client visions into luxurious, unique floral arrangements. This role combines artistry, customer service, and collaboration in a fast-paced, high-standard boutique environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and create high-end floral arrangements for weddings, corporate events, everyday arrangements,and special occasions. Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic preferences and provide expert design guidance. Maintain and care for floral inventory, ensuring freshness, quality, and proper storage. Stay current on floral design trends, techniques, and industry best practices. Collaborate with the team to ensure timely delivery and installation of arrangements. Assist in merchandising, display design, and seasonal decor to enhance the boutique experience. Uphold Tiffany Florist's reputation for excellence, professionalism, and creativity.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in high-end floral design (3+ years preferred). Strong knowledge of floral care, mechanics, and arrangement techniques. Exceptional creativity and artistic vision with attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work directly with clients. Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings for events as needed.

Pay:

Starting pay will be $20 during a 90 day trial period. After trial period pay will raise to $23 an hour.
