Bartender

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted drinks. Whether mixing cocktails, serving food, or engaging with patrons, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, process payments efficiently with cash handling skills, and manage tabs responsibly. Maintain a clean and organized bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience. Manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously during busy hours by utilizing effective time management skills. Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure smooth operation throughout shifts. Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service coordination during events like banquets or catering functions. Uphold responsible serving practices by recognizing signs of intoxication and adhering to alcohol service laws. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for order processing and sales tracking. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is required. Proven ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining excellent customer service. Experience in retail math for cash handling and basic math skills for accurate bill splitting and change calculation. Knowledge of the food industry's best practices related to brewing, catering, and food service operations is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to work well in hospitality environments that demand quick thinking, adaptability, and teamwork.
