BARTENDERS. QUALIFICATIONS & DUTIES

Teamwork is a must! A fun, friendly, patient and responsive attitude towards guests and coworkers. Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and enter orders into a POS system. Serve food and beverages to guests. Ability to work well under pressure with bartenders, cooks and other staff. Learn our menu to clearly explain menu offerings to guests. Ability to effectively up-sell and promote special offerings. Ensure guests are enjoying their visit and take action to correct any problems. Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions; ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons. Follow all food and alcohol safety practices and protocols. Ability to perform side work and daily cleaning duties as assigned by management. Knowledge of classic cocktails and craft beers is a plus!!
