Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat business. Manage bar inventory, including restocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders as needed to maintain smooth operations. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times, adhering to food handling regulations and sanitation protocols. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashing out customers and balancing registers at shift end. Collaborate with team members across food service and catering departments to ensure seamless service during events like banquets or private parties. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to serve multiple guests efficiently during busy hours while maintaining high service standards. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining settings, nightclubs, or banquet environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process sales swiftly and accurately. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks effectively. Knowledge of food safety practices, proper food handling, and alcohol serving regulations. Experience in retail math or hospitality math for accurate cash handling and sales calculations. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event days in a fast-paced environment.
