The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in fine dining or nightlife environments. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain a high level of professionalism is essential in this fast-paced role. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order entry and payment processing efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to guests at the bar or dining area. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Stay updated on current drink trends, menu offerings, and promotions to enhance guest experiences. Requirements Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs efficiently. Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A passion for the food industry and hospitality with a willingness to learn about brewing techniques and cocktail preparation.
