Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will craft exceptional beverage experiences, deliver outstanding customer service, and create a lively atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as needed to ensure smooth service flow. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties, while maintaining accountability for all sales. Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours, including nightclubs, banquets, or catering events. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, along with basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety. Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts using strong time management skills. Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with local laws; certifications related to alcohol service are a plus. Familiarity with food industry terminology, brewing processes, catering setups, and banquet operations is advantageous.
