Bar Manager / Bar Tender ( Minumum 2 years experience required)

Manager Bringing guests an amazing dining experience through; Managing the bar Responsible for creating and maintaining the cocktail program with a unique seasonal menu. Greeting guests & giving hospitable experience Ensuring ultimate guest satisfaction Attending to any complaints/issues or escalations that need immediate attention by guests or team remembers Overseeing all bar operations Provide effective support/assistance to all areas below (when/as needed): Receiving deliveries & ensuring accuracy (bar orders) Providing support and supervision Manage FoH team: (Bartenders, Barista's and Café), & provide support and assistance to the team, including but not limited to team conflicts. Check servers at the end of their shifts to make sure all their daily check lists are done Ensure checklists are done and all tasks for the day are completed. Training and coaching team. Work on improving team performance reviews by implementing course correction strategies (daily). Manage and maintain bar inventory. Responsible for placing orders and maintain inventory of all bar related items Glassware Silverware Water bottles Conduct regular FoH staff meetings and daily huddles Update Toast point of sale as/when needed. Proper Team Building, Recruiting, Conducting interviews, hiring onboarding and over seeing training procedures/schedules.

Pay:

$25.00 - $50.00 per hour
