As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests while providing top-notch beverage service. Your expertise in food safety and guest relations will contribute to an enjoyable dining experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Engage with guests to provide excellent service, taking orders and making recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations, including bussing tables and assisting with guest services as needed. Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe environment, addressing any issues promptly and professionally. Skills Strong knowledge of food safety practices within a restaurant setting. Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell beverages and menu items effectively. Previous experience in a nightclub or bar environment is preferred but not required. Proficient in cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in all transactions. Exceptional guest relations skills, with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
