Banquet Bartender - PT

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to MotorCity standards. Recommend signature cocktails, wine selections, and other beverages. Handle transactions accurately using MotorCity's point-of-sale system. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized bar. Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and policies. Follow responsible alcohol service practices and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during high-volume periods. Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and escalate as necessary. At all times, uphold MotorCity's standard of excellence in demeanor, service delivery, and overall professionalism. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. At least two years of bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant, hotel, or club. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Basic math skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Michigan Gaming Control Board, in accordance with state regulations.
