Your responsibilities will include mixing menu cocktails, creating bespoke craft cocktails, prepping juices and syrups, maintaining bar inventory, greeting and serving guests at the bar, running food and beverages, bussing the bar, cleaning and polishing bar glasses, restocking and other side work to set up each service for success. You will maintain a clean and organized bar area, and help create a friendly, inviting atmosphere. Responsibilities Mix craft menu cocktails. Create "yokai" cocktails according to cards guests draw that specify liquor, flavor, and vibe of their bespoke cocktail. Prep juices and syrups. Greet and serve guests promptly and courteously, ensuring they have an excellent experience. Bus bar seats efficiently, ensuring plates, glasses, and silverware are returned to the dish zone and stacked correctly. Clean, polish, and restock bar glasses. Restock plateware, napkins, and silverware. Experience Previous bartending experience is required. Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and self-direct effectively in a busy environment. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations and customer service. Knowledge of Japanese culture and cuisine is a plus.
