Job Description
## Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with the public and possess excellent customer service skills. ## Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages to customers following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed
- Handle cash and operate the cash register efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
- Must be able to learn and recall detailed information about beer/cocktails/menu items ## Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending, preferably in a fast paced and friendly environment
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and familiarity with a POS system is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy shifts
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Proficiency in retail math for handling transactions accurately
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a welcoming atmosphere for guests Must have attention to detail and be a team player.
