Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with guests. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar. Support servers by preparing service-bar drinks efficiently. Learn and promote menu offerings. Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions. Verify IDs and comply with Michigan liquor laws and responsible alcohol service requirements. Work closely with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and management to ensure a positive guest experience. Qualifications Previous bartending experience strongly preferred.
