Cook Supervisor Farmington Hills Bar & Grill Join our friendly, long-established local bar and grill in Farmington Hills! Over 35 years in business with a cozy hunting-lodge atmosphere — antiques throughout, a beautiful outdoor patio with a fountain, and plenty of parking. We serve classic American bar food; most cooking is done on the grill right behind the bar, with a kitchen for pizza and prep. We're looking for a reliable Cook Supervisor to lead kitchen operations and supervise waitstaff and barmaids. The manager currently handles a lot of the cooking, and we want an experienced hand to help run smooth shifts and grow with the team. About the Role Supervise kitchen, waitstaff, and barmaids Shifts available: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM and 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM, seven days a week Grill cooking for bar classics + kitchen prep and pizza What We're Looking For At least 2 years commercial cooking experience (grill experience is a plus) Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Leadership potential — we'll train the right person on supervising Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays What We Offer $20 per hour starting pay Performance bonuses Friendly, steady work in a well-known local spot with great atmosphere Room to grow
