LEAD BARTENDER / DINING ROOM CAPTAIN
Table 42° is looking for a hospitality-driven leader who wants to be part of building something special from the ground up. This is not just a bartending position. We are looking for someone who can help lead our service team, create memorable guest experiences, and become a key part of our opening leadership group. Table 42° is a new upscale dining concept opening in Farmington. We are building a restaurant focused on exceptional food, elevated cocktails, genuine hospitality, and creating an experience guests want to come back for again and again. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead by example on the floor and behind the bar Help set the tone for service standards and guest experience Assist in training and developing servers and bartenders Create relationships with regular guests and VIPs Ensure every guest receives exceptional hospitality Execute cocktail, wine, and beverage service at a high level Assist management with daily operations and service execution Help create a positive, energetic, team-focused culture Be part of opening a brand-new restaurant from day one
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong bartender and service experience Natural leader who enjoys coaching and helping others succeed Positive attitude and high energy Professional appearance and communication skills Passion for hospitality and guest experience Ability to remain calm under pressure during busy service Fine dining, upscale casual, or high-volume experience preferred Wine, bourbon, and craft cocktail knowledge is a plus
