Bartender

Overview We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role involves preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Experience in fine dining or nightlife settings is preferred. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and utensils Interact with customers to take drink orders and provide recommendations Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through POS systems Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving guidelines Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices Assist in the setup and breakdown of bar areas for events, including banquets and catering services Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable Maintain knowledge of current drink trends, brewing techniques, and cocktail recipes Skills Proficient in using POS systems for order processing Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively Previous experience in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly desirable Solid understanding of food safety standards and regulations Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of the food industry, including food service operations and retail math principles Join our team as a Bartender where your skills will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests!
