Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive service, effective communication, and a strong understanding of our menu offerings. Your ability to collaborate with kitchen staff and maintain a clean and welcoming environment will contribute to the overall success of our establishment. Duties Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly atmosphere. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently while providing recommendations when needed. Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring all items are presented beautifully and meet quality standards. Sanitate tables, utensils, and other dining areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Handle cash register transactions accurately, processing payments and providing change as necessary. Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting for the next guests to ensure a smooth dining experience. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, striving to enhance guest relations and satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods to assist guests effectively. Experience Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is advantageous. Excellent guest service skills with a focus on building positive guest relations. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
