JOB DESCRIPTION & QUALIFICATIONS

We are currently looking for a Banquet Server / Bartender to join our team at Watermark Country Club. Our Banquet Server/Bartender is required to handle all logistics of events in a timely manner, including food and beverage service, set-up, and guest requests. The Banquet Server/Bartender must be a team player, be professional, motivated, and efficient, maintain a positive attitude, and have a focused attention to detail to achieve the high standards of service and quality that RedWater is known for.

DUTIES:

Uphold the highest level of customer service. Maintain a friendly and approachable attitude towards guests and staff. Maintain a positive and professional appearance and mannerism. Assist with the setup of tables, linens, chairs, etc. for banquet events. Provide excellent food and beverage service for banquet events. Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures. Maintain sense of urgency when on the service floor. Maintain back of the house, front of the house, and side work duties for overall productivity of banquet events. Communicate with management when needed. Complete all other assigned duties when necessary. Maintain clear and open communication between all staff members for overall event success. Follow health and safety practices at all times. Complete all other duties as assigned.
