Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits. Manage POS system (Clover) to process orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and food handling regulations. Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and balance registers at shift end using retail math skills. Assist in setting up for special events like banquets or catering functions, ensuring all beverage needs are met seamlessly. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment while adhering to responsible serving policies. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightlife venues, or banquet settings; experience with food service is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS system, strong cash handling skills required. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours. Knowledge of food safety procedures and proper food handling practices. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele in a lively environment. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math proficiency. Experience working in the food industry or hospitality sector; Bartending experience is a plus.
