Your expertise in beverage preparation, sales, and food service will be key to delivering top-tier service that keeps guests coming back for more. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote beverage sales Manage bar operations efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash transactions accurately Develop new beverage recipes and craft innovative drinks to excite our guests and stay ahead of industry trends Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations Monitor inventory levels regularly, restock supplies as needed, and place orders to ensure smooth bar operations Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy periods and special events like banquets or catering functions Qualifications Proven experience working as a bartender or in food service within the hospitality industry, preferably with fine dining or banquet experience Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beer brewing, and spirits management Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions accurately Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and food safety procedures Experience with beverage recipe development and food handling regulations is highly desirable Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and special event shifts Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
