Job Overview We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented High Volume Servers and Bartenders to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-energy setting, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience whether they're catching a game or celebrating special occasions. Your expertise in beverage service, food handling, and efficient order processing will be key to our success. Duties Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently during busy service periods Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, craft beers, wines, and specialty beverages, following established recipes and presentation standards Use POS systems to process transactions swiftly and accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Engage with guests in a friendly manner to enhance their experience and promote sales opportunities Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages as needed to ensure smooth operation during peak hours Assist with food service duties during high-volume periods or special events like banquets or catering functions Requirements Proven experience in high-volume restaurant or bar environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS Demonstrated skills in mixology, beverage recipe development, wine knowledge, and spirits expertise Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while processing payments efficiently Familiarity with food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and basic math for order accuracy Experience with catering events or banquet service is a plus Must possess strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts Join us at Peppino's Downtown Sports Lounge where your enthusiasm for hospitality meets the excitement of sports!
