Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining proper presentation standards and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and resetting tables to ensure a clean and inviting environment Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest seating efficiently and optimize table turnover Demonstrate excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest happiness Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Experience with cocktail preparation, wine knowledge, spirits service, and beverage presentation is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to perform basic math accurately for processing transactions and managing tabs Experience in fine dining environments or high-volume restaurants is desirable Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences!
