In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service by providing a welcoming atmosphere, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a memorable experience. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, explaining specials and answering questions about food and drinks with full knowledge of our cuisine. Take accurate orders using Clover POS system, ensuring timely and correct delivery of food and beverages. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness. Making cocktails, mocktails, pouring draft beer, wine, and being knowledgeable on flavor profiles of beverages for food pairing. Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments securely. Maintain food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience. Assist with setup, breakdown, and cleanup during shifts, including catering or banquet events when needed. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar patrons during busy hours while staying organized. Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math for billing, sales transactions, and retail math calculations accurately. Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with legal regulations; certifications such as TIPS are a plus. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods. Familiarity with retail math, cash handling, and cashiering procedures is advantageous.
