9285 W Lake City Rd, Houghton Lake, MI 48629.
Position Type:
Part-Time / Full-Time (Evenings & Weekends Required) Red Circle Bar is currently seeking professional, reliable Servers and Bartenders to join our team. We're a fast-paced, guest-focused bar environment that values consistency, teamwork, and great service. Effective time management, multi-tasking and willingness to go the extra mile are a MUST! What We're Looking For We're searching for servers who: Show up on time and ready to work. Take pride in providing excellent guest experiences. Stay composed and professional during busy shifts. Work well as part of a team with both FOH and BOH staff. Communicate clearly and take responsibility for their section and guests.
Responsibilities:
Greet and serve guests in a friendly, efficient manner. Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas. Handle cash and POS transactions responsibly. Assist teammates as needed during peak hours. Follow all service, safety, and alcohol compliance standards.
Qualifications:
Previous serving experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate) Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment. Reliable transportation and consistent availability. Must be able to work nights and weekends.
