2:00-Close Saturday & Sunday 11:00-Close Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink selections. Process orders efficiently using harbor touch POS or other point-of-sale systems. Assist with banquet services as needed, ensuring timely service during events. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible serving practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Requirements Previous experience in bartending or the food industry is mandatory. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices. Familiarity with fine dining service standards is a plus. Proficiency in using POS systems Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a team-oriented environment. A positive attitude and willingness to help others to create an enjoyable experience for guests. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in accordance with local regulations.
