Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an experienced enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a memorable experience for all guests. Must be over 21 years old. Must hold a active Serv-Safe Cert. Shifts are consistently nights and weekends, If you cannot work nights and weekends please do not apply for this position. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies; assist in ordering as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending or related roles within restaurants, bars Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills to manage transactions effectively. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the establishment's schedule. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
