Bartender

Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash or card transactions seamlessly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring adherence to alcohol service laws and policies Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages as needed to ensure smooth operations during busy hours Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service requests and coordinate catering or banquet beverage needs when applicable Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments; retail math and food industry knowledge are advantageous Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and energetically Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service laws Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining attention to detail Experience with serving at events like banquets or catering is preferred; retail or hospitality experience is highly valued Excellent communication skills; ability to work as part of a team in fast-paced settings Join us to bring your passion for hospitality to life!
